9. Contact form

If you fill in a contact form on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address, phone number and website in our database. This data remains strictly confidential. HDKN undertakes never to use it for resale, automated newsletters or any other unsolicited mail. We fight this kind of data resale every day and wish to uphold the ethics of fair and responsible design.

10. Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this website may include embedded content (videos, images, maps, reviews, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited that other website.

11. How long we keep your data

Requests received through the forms are kept for as long as necessary to process them and for any resulting business relationship, then archived or deleted. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This allows us to recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
